Hotel Information

The PPoPP'07 Symposium will take place at the Hotel Valencia Santana Row, located at 355 Santana Row, San Jose, CA 95128.

Hotel Room Block

A room block comprising a mix of king and double occupancy rooms has been reserved for the nights of March 14, 15, and 16 at the special conference rate of $159 (plus tax) per night. To accommodate early arrivals and late departures, the hotel will honor this special rate from March 11 through March 20, based on room availability.

Making Your Reservation

The toll-free reservation number is 1-866-842-0100. Please reference the block code "ACM/PPoPP'07" to obtain the negotiated conference rate. Check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Guests are responsible for all room charges.

Reservation Cutoff Date

To obtain rooms at the negotiated conference rate, reservations MUST be made by 5 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday, February 19. After this date, unused rooms will be released from the block, and reservations will only be accepted based on availability and prevailing room rates.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid penalty, the hotel requires that reservations be cancelled by 6 pm Pacific Time on the day prior to the scheduled day of arrival.
