MVICH News
8/21/01: MVICH 1.0 is now available for download.
The release includes the following changes:
- Works with MPICH-1.2.1 and has been tested with a pre-release of MPICH-1.2.2.
- Supports both a simple RSH/SSH process manager as well as the MPD process manager included with the MPICH distribution.
- Uses the "mpirun" scripts provided in the MPICH distribution.
- Users can specify critical MVICH parameters at run-time.
- VIPL Peer-to-peer connection management is available as a compile-time option.
- Resource starvation and flow control problems have been resolved.
